About the job

Requirements
  • Three to five years of experience in WMS implementations or supply chain execution systems, ideally including at least one full end-to-end implementation or go-live.
  • A techno-functional background with the ability to bridge business or operations and information technology rather than working solely in a functional or development profile.
  • Working proficiency in SQL, including writing and troubleshooting stored procedures, joins, and updates directly on Oracle, MSSQL, or a comparable platform.
  • A solid understanding of warehouse workflows, including receiving, put-away, wave or allocation logic, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot MHE messaging issues methodically by tracing problems back to their source rather than reacting only to symptoms.
  • Comfort working directly with client stakeholders during go-lives and live troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work with local, onshore teams and international, offshore robotics vendor teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, including occasional weekend work during go-live windows.
Responsibilities
  • Support WMS-to-robotics integration work, including goods-to-person, conveyor or sortation, ASRS, and put-to-light or pick-to-light systems, under the guidance of the account's Lead Consultant.
  • Analyze business, functional, and integration requirements to support effective WMS/WCS solution design.
  • Configure core WMS modules, including Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Returns, Picking, and Shipping, as part of broader automation integration work.
  • Troubleshoot MHE messaging issues by tracing an unprocessed or failed message back to its source job or process, determining severity and impact, and driving resolution.
  • Support technical determinations for endpoints, ports, and message formats during integration setup and troubleshooting.
  • Write, review, and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures, including Oracle and MSSQL queries, to support inventory adjustments, order-header updates, and wave or allocation logic in QA and production troubleshooting scenarios.
  • Support clients and stakeholders during SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live phases, including onsite troubleshooting alongside client product managers.
  • Participate in issue and bridge calls during critical incidents and help present root-cause findings to client stakeholders.
  • Help identify and communicate MVP scope when a client requests a late-breaking change close to go-live.
  • Collaborate with local, onshore developers and international robotics vendor teams.
  • Maintain design documents, technical specifications, test plans, runbooks, and configuration records.
  • Independently handle MHE message troubleshooting and root-cause investigation on assigned client projects.
  • Contribute to SQL-based inventory adjustments, order-header updates, and stored procedure work in QA and production environments.
  • Participate in client-facing SIT or UAT support and issue or bridge calls alongside the Lead Consultant.
  • Independently own day-to-day WMS/WCS support and troubleshooting for at least one client engagement.
  • Resolve MHE integration issues at root cause with minimal escalation to the Lead Consultant.
  • Contribute to coordination between onshore development teams and offshore robotics vendor teams.
Desired Qualifications
  • Exposure to WMS integration with MHE or automation systems, robotics platforms such as Geek+, Locus Robotics, or Exotec, conveyor or sortation systems, or ASRS.
  • Familiarity with put-to-light and pick-to-light systems and comfort with warehouse floor hardware such as radio-frequency guns, printers, and label formats.
  • Direct experience with Hy-Tek Intralogistics or its proprietary IntraOne WMS.
  • Direct experience with Geek+, Locus Robotics, or Exotec.
  • Exposure to OMS, TMS, or EDI messaging standards.
  • Experience in Agile or DevOps environments.

What believers are saying

  • The July 21, 2026 Prologis partnership expands AI and automation deployments.
  • Its Manhattan partnership still supports faster go-lives and scalable WMS implementations.

What critics are saying

  • Consulting revenue depends on partner-led deals; Prologis or Manhattan changes hit pipeline fast.
  • Accenture, Körber, and Manhattan Professional Services compete for the same warehouse projects.
  • If AI deployments miss ROI in 2026, Fulfillment IQ stays a services niche.

What makes Fulfillment IQ unique

  • Its July 21, 2026 Prologis deal links consulting to a logistics real-estate ecosystem.
