About the job
- Proficiency in French and English is required; knowledge of one or more additional languages is an advantage.
- Ability to use current computer tools; Pack Office, ResaWeb, and Opera are advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve the brand's objectives.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong customer-satisfaction orientation and ability to provide personalized service in a luxury environment while meeting brand presentation standards.

- Provide high-quality service, welcome, information, and billing to guests.
- Help each guest have the best possible stay, providing a pleasant experience at reception and through related services.
- Anticipate guest expectations and exceed them while maintaining high-quality service.
- Assist guests with requests from arrival through departure.
- Answer calls professionally in accordance with brand standards.
- Know and proactively sell the hotel's other services.
- Contribute to revenue development.
- Apply brand standards and the resulting Accor procedures.
- Know and apply the hotel's internal procedures.
- Work as a team to achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives.
- Knowledge of one or more additional languages.
- Knowledge of Pack Office, ResaWeb, and Opera.
