The Role
Now is the time to join as a Senior Product Designer and be part of shaping our product team, defining what our process looks like and how we approach innovation. You will hold a key role in influencing the trajectory of our product. We’re looking for someone who can embrace cutting-edge technologies, including AI, and formulate visionary design concepts to propel our team ahead of industry trends. We’re growing at an incredible rate, so you will too.
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end product design for our suite of Vidsy products, guided by a robust design process.
- Design beautiful user experiences that make it easy for users to achieve their goals.
- Work with cross-functional teams to transform your designs into impeccably crafted, delivered products.
- Proactively identify opportunities and uncover user pain points through self-driven design research, and then partner with product management to shape the product vision and roadmap.
- Contribute to improving our design processes and system.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of relevant Product Design experience (or equivalent), covering UX, UI and User Research.
- Experience working on the end-to-end design process, including interaction and visual design, iterations, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Mastery of Figma - it’s the design tool we use.
- Experience with user monitoring tools such as Hotjar, MixPanel or Google Analytics.
- Thorough understanding of business objectives, proactively identify problems to solve and new opportunities to explore.

Vidsy’s ’Virtual-First’ Hybrid Approach
We operate a hybrid way of working we call ’virtual-first’. That means, across all our locations (London, NYC and LA), our teams work primarily remotely, with occasional in-office sessions for collaboration, client meetings, socials, and more. The nature of your role will dictate how often you attend (e.g. our Commercial Team visit the office weekly whereas our Engineering Team are typically in the office monthly), however, we’re flexible, and the balance of in-office versus remote can be discussed and confirmed during the interview process.
