Requirements
  • A valid Category B driving licence is required.
  • At least three years of customer-service experience is required.
  • The candidate must be eligible for accreditation by the Paris Tribunal judiciaire, including a clean criminal record.
  • The candidate must demonstrate teamwork, dialogue and argumentation in conflict situations, self-control, and respect for rules and procedures.
  • The candidate must complete online logic, mathematics, and French tests and an interview with recruitment and operational management.
Responsibilities
  • Check passengers' transport tickets and encourage ticket validation.
  • Issue fines and prepare official reports when infringements are identified.
  • Decide the appropriate follow-up for infringements, including collecting fixed-penalty fares and preparing reports.
  • Help enforce passenger-conduct rules, manage passenger space, and accompany customers' mobility.
  • Welcome passengers, listen to them, provide information and assistance, and comply with the legal framework.
  • Report operational malfunctions to management and accurately record completed work using the provided tools.
  • Obtain accurate information from management to communicate to customers.
  • Carry out traveler-information missions and manage tram locations.
  • Manage passenger channeling and passenger-flow activities.
  • Carry out ticket-validation incentive and commercial missions.
  • Contribute to creating control missions and perform other activities related to the Tram Team.
