About the job
- Hotel Management degree or diploma, or Food & Beverage degree or diploma.
- Support and assist in the smooth running of the food and beverage department, delivering guest service to high standards and ensuring property and company standards are followed.
- Complete assigned duties and tasks in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, responding positively to enquiries and resolving problems.
- Support and deliver the food service department's strategies and objectives, taking ownership of assigned areas of responsibility.
- Develop skills, knowledge, and experience within the food service department.
- Collaborate with the Head of Department to maintain departmental inventory, achieve productivity targets, and attain performance levels.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships, communicate with key stakeholders, and promote company culture and values.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and due diligence requirements; plan, deliver, and document best-practice activities for internal and external audits, and perform follow-up as required.
