About the Role
As the Director of Partnerships, you will drive partnerships across expansion markets for our embedded finance, point-of-sale lending, and API technology. You will also spearhead product partnerships and channel partnerships to support our new suite of residential lending products.
We are launching new products at a blistering pace. To support these new products, you will explore new markets / ecosystems – including wealth management, real estate development and brokerage, property management, debt consolidation, and small business finance.
You will focus on partnerships that drive significant value to partners, their customers, and Figure’s customers. And you’ll generate meaningful revenue for Figure.
This is an individual contributor role that could grow into a management or player-coach role
What You’ll Do
- Identify potential product partners and channel partners
- Prospect to build pipeline in those markets
- Execute the full partnership process while navigating complex, enterprise-level deal dynamics
- Expand the impact of existing partnerships
- Collaborate with our product team on embedded lending, point-of-sale, and API
- Work with legal & compliance to structure partnerships with non-licensed partners
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience owning a revenue target in a partnerships role with a strong track record of closing enterprise-level deals
- Ability to aggressively drive new pipeline
- Understanding of both product partnerships and channel partnerships
- Consultative partnerships approach
- Interest in financial services, lending technology, and mortgage product

Our salary range is $140,000 - $160,000 with Variable Pay and Equity. Actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience and location.
