Requirements
  • U.S. citizenship and an SCI clearance obtained within the last two years are required.
  • At least 10 years of experience supporting Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, or cyber mission organizations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Cyber Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM).
  • Experience supporting Army, NSA, USCYBERCOM, or Intelligence Community organizations.
  • Knowledge of the Department of Defense acquisition lifecycle and cybersecurity integration.
  • Experience conducting risk assessments supporting acquisition modernization initiatives.
  • Familiarity with NIST SP 800-161, NIST SP 800-53, the Risk Management Framework (RMF), the Secure Software Development Framework (SSDF), Software Bill of Materials (SBOM), Zero Trust Architecture, and DevSecOps principles.
  • Strong understanding of signals intelligence (SIGINT) operations and cybersecurity engineering.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal Government oversight.
  • A polygraph obtained within the last five years is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Cyber Security Analyst (CySA+) certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience supporting INSCOM ACO, ARCYBER, NSA, or USCYBERCOM is preferred.
  • Experience with software acquisition modernization is preferred.
  • Knowledge of enterprise cybersecurity architecture is preferred.
  • Experience conducting supply chain risk assessments for mission-critical systems is preferred.
  • Experience supporting acquisition planning, technology transition, or enterprise cybersecurity modernization is preferred.
  • Experience developing executive-level briefings and strategic planning documents is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the senior technical lead for integrating cybersecurity, supply chain risk management, and acquisition best practices across INSCOM-ACO mission programs.
  • Provide strategic guidance to Government leadership by assessing cyber supply chain risks, identifying mission and technology gaps, and developing mitigation strategies that strengthen the security and resilience of Army acquisition efforts.
  • Work across Army, NSA Cybersecurity Directorate, ARCYBER, and other mission partners to align cybersecurity policies, enterprise architectures, and acquisition strategies with operational priorities and modernization objectives.
  • Conduct technical assessments and provide executive decision support to enable secure capability delivery, reduce acquisition risk, and advance mission effectiveness across cyber and SIGINT environments.
