About the Company

The Cheesecake Factory

Restaurant chain with extensive dessert menu

The Cheesecake Factory runs casual-dining restaurants with a wide menu of entrées and desserts, built on a family bakery legacy. Guests order large portions, with cheesecakes and other pastries playing a central role in the dining experience; the model scales from a wholesale bakery to restaurant locations with a consistent kitchen and menu. It stands apart by marrying a dessert-focused identity with a very large, eclectic menu and a bakery-origin story that helped it grow into a publicly traded chain (CAKE). Its goal is to expand into a nationwide brand known for generous portions and a broad, dessert-forward menu.
