  • 7+ years of experience in the employer healthcare benefit consultant/broker space
  • Bachelor's degree with emphasis in business, healthcare, health management, or well-being preferred
  • Experience in employer benefits consulting, strategy, well-being, or business development
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare/benefits space
  • Superior presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with a sense of urgency
Responsibilities
  • Drive qualified opportunities from Referral Partners to the Sales team
  • Own the partner experience and drive operational excellence
  • Implement marketing campaigns and lead engagement events
  • Collaborate with partners to develop a strong GTM plan
  • Serve as the executive source and day-to-day contact from Modern Health
  • Work closely with Account Executives and Client Success team members
  • Build, customize, and present solutions and capabilities
