  • Strong experience in benefits administration with a focus on employee benefits in EMEA region
  • Knowledge of local (in-country) regulations and compliance requirements related to employee benefits
  • Experience with delivering process improvements in relation to benefits administration
  • Highly organised, analytical with data and capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and comfortable seeking answers when help is needed
  • HRIS experience using Workday
  • Be a local benefits expert for EMEA and maintain a good understanding of our benefits and leave plans
  • Collaborate with HR Operations and HR People Partner team to ensure administrative processes and transactions in Workday are running smoothly
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of administering benefits and leave programs
  • Manage and maintain EMEA employee benefits information on the intranet
  • Work collaboratively with Benefits manager to support EMEA projects and renewals
