Requirements
  • Proven experience in Account Management or similar role, with a minimum of 8 years of industry experience.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and competitive landscape. Develop strategic marketing plans and provide insightful recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, fostering strong relationships built on trust and delivering exceptional client service. Continually engage with clients to understand their evolving needs, anticipate challenges, and proactively provide solutions.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring flawless implementation across multiple channels, including digital, print, TV, and experiential. Coordinate with internal teams, such as creative, media, and production, to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, tracking expenses, optimizing resources, and providing accurate financial reporting to clients. Ensure campaigns are delivered within budget while maximizing ROI.
  • Lead and inspire a team of account executives and coordinators, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Set clear objectives, provide constructive feedback, and promote professional growth for team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the advertising industry. Leverage your deep knowledge of the market to identify opportunities for innovation and drive continuous improvement.
