Requirements
  • 3+ years of quantitative industry experience (analytics, data science, data engineering)
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (economics, mathematics, statistics, CS) preferred
  • Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience working with consumer product data in large data warehouse environments
  • Familiarity with modern analytical tools and languages (Python, R, etc.)
  • Fluency with data visualization platforms & technologies (Sisense, Mode, Tableau)
  • Working knowledge of statistical methodologies, experiment design, and common pitfalls of data analysis
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills
  • Self-starting attitude with a focus on improving the customer experience

Responsibilities
  • Build a solid understanding of the product experience, database, company strategies, and success metrics
  • Monitor and maintain existing dashboards, perform ad hoc analysis, and answer business questions related to product experience and performance
  • Revamp dashboards and reports to inform cross-functional stakeholders about product performance and empower data-informed decisions
  • Identify opportunities for data improvements, automation, and self-serve solutions
  • Propose and support projects to deepen understanding of customer base and product experience
  • Exemplify and promote best practices for experimentation, data collection, and measurement strategies
  • Provide thought partnership across product and engineering organizations
