Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience working at an agency, marketing-tech or media start-up
  • Strong background experience developing multi-faceted marketing campaigns including creative, influencers, media, digital and/or social media
  • Experience leveraging data and analytics to influence influencer strategies and campaign plans
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience creating internal and external presentations (keynote and google slides preferred)
  • Strong decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to identify and prioritize critical issues
  • Knowledgeable of all major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead multi-faceted influencer marketing strategies for clients across various sectors
  • Work as a strategic partner alongside Client Solution Leads to identify growth opportunities for clients and lead day-to-day execution
  • Serve as a thought leader with deep knowledge of social platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Snap, Instagram, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners/agencies to meet client needs and processes
  • Mentor account managers and foster a culture of collaboration
  • Navigate challenges within the execution process and provide solutions for roadblocks
  • Create new materials for the account management department and improve campaign execution processes
  • Prepare reports, analyze ad performance, and provide optimization recommendations
  • Maintain knowledge of ad products, guidelines, and manage asset delivery timelines
  • Manage the monthly billing reconciliation process with finance
