Requirements
  • Proven track record of leadership in HR, with at least 10 years of experience in senior HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced fintech or technology environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining a high-performance culture and driving employee engagement.

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian (C1 level required).

  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.

  • A hands-on, results-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
  • Lead Unlimit’s global HR strategy and operations to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Drive the development and implementation of HR processes, policies, and initiatives across all regions, with a focus on creating a high-performance culture.
  • Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to develop and foster a positive, engaging, and performance-driven environment.
  • Oversee the talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies to build and maintain a high-quality workforce.
  • Spearhead the organizational development and performance management processes to ensure the continuous growth and development of the team.
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with Unlimit’s values and mission.
  • Develop strategies for leadership succession and ensure the necessary talent pipeline is in place.
  • Provide strategic guidance to leadership on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws.
  • Report directly to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations on all HR-related matters to support business growth.
