  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 6+ years of experience in brand management preferably within Consumer Goods
  • Experience defining an innovation roadmap and navigating the product development process to commercialize and launch new items
  • Demonstrated success in defining brand strategy and launching products with strong 360 marketing support
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with consumer insights, market research, and trend analysis

  • Determining pricing, promotional, and positioning strategies
  • Owning the marketing calendar
  • Serving as the brand steward for the category
  • Owning the budget for the category
  • Providing input into DTC and retail plans
