Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day support for Coupa P2P modules including requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, supplier management, and expenses.
Monitor system performance and resolve technical and functional issues in a timely manner.
Work closely with procurement, finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Coupa.
Support integration between Coupa and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, SSO, middleware).
Assist in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements.
Document support procedures, FAQs, and training materials for end-users.
Liaise with Coupa support and vendors for issue resolution and product updates.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in Coupa or other P2P systems.
Strong understanding of procurement and finance processes.
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
