  • A first-cycle university degree (baccalaureate) in computer science, engineering, organizational information systems, or a relevant discipline.
  • A minimum of seven years of relevant experience as an Oracle Fusion Middleware infrastructure consultant.
  • A minimum of five years of experience managing Oracle Fusion Middleware environments.
  • A minimum of five years of experience with Oracle WebLogic Server and Red Hat Linux.
  • Excellent command of Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Database, PL/SQL, and SQL technologies.
  • Relevant experience managing incidents, problems, and changes in critical environments.
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices and IT service-management mechanisms.
  • Autonomy, rigor, and strong analytical ability.
  • Strong technical-writing ability.
  • Oracle or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certification.
  • Experience in government, municipal, or parapublic environments.
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 27002, or the NIST framework.
  • Experience participating in Oracle Fusion Middleware or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure migration projects.
  • Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, and Oracle Designer.
  • Excellent spoken and written French.
Responsibilities
  • Operate and administer Oracle Fusion Middleware platforms.
  • Handle level 2 and level 3 incidents and problems related to Oracle environments.
  • Participate in managing service requests and standardized change requests.
  • Maintain and optimize Oracle WebLogic Server and Red Hat Linux environments.
  • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical issues.
  • Participate in Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure migration and modernization activities.
  • Contribute to implementing fixes, enhancements, and production deployments.
  • Produce and maintain current technical and operational documentation.
  • Provide knowledge transfer to the client's teams.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards, compliance requirements, and IT operational best practices.
  • Collaborate on modernization and migration work for strategic Oracle applications.
