Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems or related field
  • Proven 5+ years of HRIS modules experience including HCM, benefits, compensation, recruiting and performance. Previous implementation experience is a plus.
  • Ability to solve problems in a structured way, applying principles of systems thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple, high priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities, while meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to data accuracy and compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High level of discretion and ability to work with confidential information
  • Skilled in using Google Suite, Excel and Powerpoint. Google Looker Studio is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Perform as a key contributor in the implementation of a new HCM solution by leveraging your expertise in configuration, data migration, unit testing, documentation and training.
  • Analyze the talent lifecycle with a focus on gaps and opportunities to enhance system functionality that streamline the HR process.
  • Support configurations and integrations that include managing change control processes, documenting business requirements, testing, approvals and training.
  • Support HR data governance by running queries, conducting audits and data input or file loads to ensure accurate data throughout the HR related systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, users and IT to facilitate resolution of system issues and upgrades in a timely manner.
  • Manage security access permissions to ensure data privacy compliance.
  • Train the People team members and end-users on system functionality and serve as the main point of contact for user support.
