- At least five years of experience as a managing director or in a comparable senior leadership position at a property management company, focused on condominium owners' association management.
- Strong condominium owners' association expertise and in-depth knowledge of tenancy law, with a portfolio consisting of 70% condominium owners' association management and 30% rental management.
- Practical experience digitally transforming property management companies and migrating them to new software solutions.
- Residence in the Cologne region or willingness to relocate there.
- Strong commercial expertise, including profit and loss responsibility, combined with a hands-on approach.
- Lead the operational and organizational integration of newly acquired property management companies into the Cologne regional cluster.
- Systematically migrate existing and newly acquired property management companies to Buena software.
- Provide professional and disciplinary leadership to site managers and local teams, including staff development.
- Manage the overall portfolio operationally, including liquidity planning and profit and loss responsibility.
- Regularly report key performance indicators, financial results, and integration progress to the Berlin headquarters.
