IRESS lifts cash EBITDA 47% to $62.5M as recurring revenue hits 95% of total

IRESS Ltd reported strong recurring revenue growth of 3.4% on a constant currency basis in the first half of 2026, now representing 95% of continuing business revenue. The financial technology firm's cash EBITDA surged 47.1% to $62.5 million, with margins expanding more than 740 basis points to 24.5%. The company's business efficiency programme delivered $31.5 million in annualised efficiencies, exceeding targets, with a further $6 million to $9 million expected in the second half. IRESS declared an interim dividend of $0.14 per share, up 27% from the previous period. However, the company lowered its FY26 revenue growth guidance to 1-2% from the previous 3-5% range, primarily due to declining non-recurring revenue in the UK. Leverage improved to 0.5 times as of 30 June. The firm expects FY26 constant currency revenue of $509 million to $515 million and cash EBITDA of $121 million to $126 million.
