Production Supervisor
About the job
- Higher education in industrial production or an equivalent field.
- Solid experience in production management and organization.
- Confirmed experience managing a team in an industrial environment such as pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, or a similar industry.
- Knowledge of chemical processes.
- Proficiency with computer tools.
- Ability to adapt and manage priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and management skills.
- Rigor, high standards, and a sense of responsibility.
- Initiative and continuous-improvement orientation.
- Availability to work a 2x8 shift schedule.
- Develop and adjust the production schedule while meeting quantity, quality, and deadline objectives.
- Manage production contingencies and define priorities in coordination with the maintenance department.
- Coordinate with the administrative department when schedule deviations occur.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental rules and quality standards.
- Ensure the availability of the human and material resources required for production.
- Supervise, lead, and develop the team with a focus on performance and well-being at work.
- Supervise activity traceability, completion of production documents, and document updates.
- Lead continuous-improvement actions and propose process optimizations.
- Maintain clear and effective communication within the team and with partner departments.
