Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate the vision for the team’s technical roadmap, with a focus on innovation, operational excellence, and aligning with the global marketing strategy.
  • Act as business lead on the development and execution of our measurement roadmap in collaboration with Marketing Analytics and Data Science, ensuring robust and scalable metrics for tracking campaign effectiveness.
  • Own the global investment strategy, including goal setting and coordination of resource allocation to spend media dollars more effectively across channels.
  • Manage the team responsible for global reporting and deliver clear, actionable insights to leadership on marketing performance.
  • Serve as a cross-functional thought partner to Marketing Analytics, Finance, Commercial Marketing and Commercial Management teams to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and operational plans.
  • Lead process improvements to streamline workflows across marketing planning, insights, and execution.
Desired Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business, or related field
  • Experience managing global teams or working in a global capacity
  • Strong technical skills with a deep understanding of marketing analytics platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools, including martech/adtech or automation tools
  • Familiarity with program management for large-scale, global, or seasonal campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of investment strategies, budgeting, and marketing forecasting on a global scale
  • Skilled at influencing and collaborating across departments and leadership levels
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive operational efficiency
