What You Will Do
The Application Support Specialist serves as an important primary support liaison between the company and the customer and is responsible for resolving complex customer-related software issues associated with the use of Trimble Construction’s accounting, payroll, and project management software.
This position focuses on our Procontractor product. You will:
Assisting customers with software systems, including troubleshooting, explaining technical language, and investigating to understand customer issues.
Developing solution guides to explain troubleshooting steps and commonsolutions for colleagues and customers to use.
Understanding technical concepts and communicating them clearly to individuals with varied backgrounds and skill levels.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
Bachelor or Associate degree in business, accounting or other relevant discipline, or equivalent prior customer support experience
Understanding of general business, accounting, and Payroll principles
Demonstrated customer service and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Encouraged but not required:
Construction industry experience, particularly in construction accounting and/or project management
Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Suite
About Your Location
Under a flexible work arrangement (hybrid), this resource primarily supports the Construction Sector and works collaboratively across the Support, Development, and Product teams. In a hybrid role, you will work with your manager to establish a mutually agreeable schedule for your time working in the office based on the position and the business need. Typically hybrid positions are 1-3 days per week, or 20%-60% of the month in the office.
