Requirements
  • Plan and organize age-appropriate, inclusive activities for children aged 4–11.
  • Communicate with parents, the team, the host school, and central operations.
  • Ensure health and safety, safeguarding, and company procedures are followed.
  • Complete an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check and Children's Barred List Check.
  • Undergo suitability checks and potential online searches as part of safeguarding due diligence.
Responsibilities
  • Greet children during morning and afternoon sessions and lead games, sports, and engaging activities.
  • Lead after-school activities including arts and crafts, team challenges, drama, multi-sports, and structured play.
  • Manage and motivate a small team to deliver care and play experiences.
  • Build relationships with schools and families.
  • Deliver safe, exciting, and enriching experiences for children.
