Course Description:

In person course - This workshop is primarily designed for professors who regularly attend meetings and who would like to refine their debate strategies in their second language. This is an intensive workshop during which the participants will practise communicating their ideas and opinions in a mock meeting.

From February 4 to April 1, 2027 (no courses during reading week); Thursday 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Please note that this course is given in person.

Requirements:

B.A. with specialization in a field relevant to the teaching of L2 English or Higher Certificate in L2 English Teaching. Two years of experience teaching ESL at the college and/or university level. Previous experience teaching this course or an equivalent ESL course. Experience with heterogeneous group.
