Requirements
  • You hold or are in the process of obtaining a baccalaureate and wish to prepare a BTS in banking, commerce, customer relations, or management.
  • You have an interest in customer advising, banking services, and regulated environments.
  • You have customer-service orientation, good oral and written expression, the ability to understand customer needs and guide customers appropriately, rigor in administrative file follow-up, proficiency with basic office tools, the ability to apply procedures carefully, and an interest in commercial activities and the banking environment.
Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients in the branch, by telephone, or by email, and respond to routine first-level requests.
  • Participate in identifying the needs of individual clients regarding banking services.
  • Contribute to presenting suitable banking products and services in accordance with the establishment's procedures.
  • Manage the administrative follow-up of client files, including updating information, checking documents, and processing routine requests.
  • Participate in preparing client appointments and following up on commercial exchanges.
  • Contribute to monitoring a client portfolio under the supervision of the existing team.
  • Participate in follow-up, commercial prospecting, or customer-retention activities.
  • Assist clients with certain simple transactions and with using ordinary services.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and banking regulations.
  • Participate in monitoring customer satisfaction and service quality.
Desired Qualifications
  • A first experience in reception, sales, customer relations, or administrative management is an advantage.
  • English proficiency is an advantage.
