  • At least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in creative leadership, integrated marketing, brand marketing, advertising, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated success leading integrated marketing organizations within large, complex, global enterprises.
  • Proven experience developing and executing full-funnel marketing campaigns from strategy through creative development, production, execution, and optimization across digital, multimedia, television, streaming, print, out-of-home, social media, experiential, and emerging channels.
  • Experience leading multiple functions and managing high-performing global teams across creative, design, marketing operations, and content enablement.
  • Strong commercial orientation and demonstrated ability to connect creative excellence to measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the asset management marketing team and business to develop and lead Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s global advertising strategy across institutional, third-party wealth, and alternatives distribution channels.
  • Establish multi-year advertising roadmaps aligned with the firm’s strategic priorities and commercial objectives.
  • Develop integrated campaign strategies that drive near-term commercial results and long-term brand equity.
  • Identify new marketing channels, technologies, and innovations that improve effectiveness and strengthen market leadership.
  • Lead the global Design team, setting creative direction, standards, and talent development to deliver visual communications across all channels.
  • Oversee creation and production of design assets, including presentations, advertising creative, digital and social content, event materials, and data visualizations for global marketing and distribution teams.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Digital, Distribution, and Compliance to align design work with campaign objectives and commercial priorities.
  • Establish and maintain a scalable design system, including brand guidelines, templates, and asset libraries, to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficient self-service for global teams.
  • Drive design innovation by adopting AI-powered tools, automation, and emerging technologies to accelerate production, improve personalization, and increase creative output.
  • Develop scalable processes, governance, and workflows that enable efficient content creation and distribution across the global marketing organization.
  • Oversee production management, editorial planning, resource allocation, budgets, vendor partnerships, and content lifecycle management, and improve speed to market, quality, operational efficiency, and resource effectiveness through automation, AI, and best practices.
  • Provide strategic leadership for Seismic, the firm’s centralized platform for approved marketing and sales content.
  • Drive Seismic’s vision, governance, adoption, and optimization so marketing and distribution teams have access to compliant, current, and impactful content.
  • Partner across Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Compliance, and Technology to improve content discoverability, user experience, analytics, and commercial effectiveness.
  • Ensure all campaigns reflect the Goldman Sachs brand while evolving a distinctive Asset Management identity.
  • Partner with internal creative teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality creative work.
  • Maintain high standards for storytelling, design, messaging, production quality, and execution.
  • Serve as the day-to-day senior point of contact to agency partners, managing relationships, developing briefs, providing feedback, and managing workstreams from scope creation through final deliverables.
  • Manage agency selection, performance, budgeting, governance, and ongoing optimization.
  • Manage global advertising and integrated marketing budgets, including regular reforecasting and optimization.
  • Optimize media investment across markets and channels.
  • Build partnerships across distribution, product marketing, investment teams, EO Marketing, Corporate Communications, brand, digital marketing, social media, events, legal, compliance, risk, and regional marketing teams.
  • Lead matrixed global initiatives requiring alignment across multiple businesses, regions, and functional teams.
  • Serve as a member of the Marketing Leadership Team and help shape the strategy, priorities, and future direction of Global Creative Marketing.
  • Lead and develop a global, multidisciplinary organization spanning creative, design, content operations, and content enablement.
  • Serve as the senior creative partner to the Executive Communications and Brand teams, aligning corporate reputation, executive visibility, enterprise brand strategy, and commercial marketing.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Media, Digital, Distribution, Analytics, Compliance, Technology, and regional marketing teams to deliver integrated, client-centric marketing experiences.
  • Build relationships across the firm to support creative excellence, consistency, operational efficiency, and measurable business impact.
  • Lead external agency partnerships and creative vendors, ensuring quality, innovation, speed, and value.
  • Champion the adoption of AI, emerging technologies, and modern marketing capabilities to continually evolve creative effectiveness.

Goldman Sachs has added Amazon to its conviction buy list with a 12-month price target of $375, representing approximately 50% upside from current levels. The stock already carries buy ratings from 95% of Wall Street analysts. Amazon crossed $3 trillion in market capitalisation for the first time in August following strong second-quarter results. Sharon AI secures $356M GPU-backed debt facility to fund AI infrastructure expansion

Sharon AI has entered into a US$356 million GPU-backed debt facility at a fixed rate of 9.95%. The facility will support deployment of compute infrastructure for customer contracts and is secured against GPUs and associated cash flows. Goldman Sachs and select private credit funds are among the investors in this inaugural senior secured facility. Sharon AI plans additional GPU financings to support deployment of over 68,000 NVIDIA GPUs by mid-2027. The Australian neocloud provider has now secured over US$2.6 billion in institutional debt and equity capital over the past 10 months. The company reports total contract value of over US$8.8 billion from its customer base. Sharon AI delivers AI infrastructure across Australia, New Zealand, and the Asia-Pacific region. Jarden Australia acted as sole financial adviser and arranger for the transaction.

Rowe Price, and the growth is driven by demand from enterprises to deploy ElevenAgents across sales, support, and operations. In 2022, we raised our first round at a $9 million valuation, which we announced alongside Eleven v1, our first Text to Speech model, and the first model to generate human-level speech.
