Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Data or Human Resources is required.
  • At least 8 years of analytics experience is required.
  • Experience with business intelligence and analytics is required.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools is required.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word is expected.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Candidates must be able to work in a hybrid arrangement in Alexandria, Virginia, and across the Mid-Atlantic Region.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation.
  • Enhance data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and business intelligence.
  • Support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies.
  • Facilitate integration of information technology systems and workforce planning tools.
  • Optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and service-level agreements.
  • Implement and maintain workforce analytics dashboards and predictive models using Oracle Analytics Server, Power BI, Tableau, and appropriate machine learning tools.
  • Coordinate analytics work with the Office of the Chief Information Officer and existing data architecture.
  • Develop advanced analytic models, workforce insights, and decision-support products.
  • Support predictive analysis, key performance indicator design, and executive reporting using governed data and modern analytics tools.
  • Lead workforce analytics dashboards and predictive insights.
  • Support workforce planning.
  • Establish, manage, pursue, and achieve annual goals and objectives with documented goals for the firm's global competencies.
  • Support business development and other efforts on behalf of ProSidian.
