About the Role
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the Clinic Directors/Senior Management staff as requested.

What You'll Do Here

• Ensure the confidentiality of clinical trial participants and sponsors is respected.

• Coordinate internal/external client and monitors.

• Complete and submit expense reports in a timely manner.

• Assist in the compilation and input of data for tracking/metric purposes.

• Coordinate special events.

• File and maintain study related documents (i.e. ISF).

• Prepare documents and materials (i.e. training).

• Maintain and advocate a high level of customer service and quality within the department.

• Proactively communicate issues and/or problem resolutions to departmental supervisors and managers.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree and related work experience preferred.

• Good Communication, customer service focused, able to work in fast-paced environment.
