Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years Human Resources experience with expertise in talent management including demonstrated success in engagement, performance management, succession planning, and learning programs.
  • Demonstrated experience and success in leading large scale, global HR initiatives.
  • Proven experience partnering, consulting, and influencing senior level executives in a global environment.
  • Solid experience in change management and organization communication experience.
Responsibilities
  • Design and build an integrated and holistic approach to effectively develop and retain key talent.
  • Design, develop, and lead global learning and development and professional development programs that focus on creating growth and impact at the leadership, team, manager, and individual contributor levels.
  • Define, design, and execute a strategic approach to both performance management and succession planning programs.
  • Create and launch the company’s first employee engagement strategy that will include engagement surveys, metrics, and exit interview data designed to improve employee experience.
  • Create and drive a best-in-class recognition program.
  • Ensure that talent programs including career pathing, mentorship, and intern programs support the well-defined SharkNinja Success Drivers to build our leaders of the future.
  • Measure and monitor talent effectiveness and develop strategies to improve business impact in each of the core areas you and your team own including learning and development, succession planning, performance management, recognition, and culture.
  • Work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition to ensure the identification of gaps in core functional teams and define key skills and competencies for success in the talent acquisition process as we build skills and competencies.
