About the company

StakeMate automates the legal and administrative work needed to form and manage globally compliant investment syndicates. It generates required legal documents and sets up a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to pool funds for a specific deal, serving syndicate leads who manage the process. The platform uses a transaction-based fee per syndicate, reducing upfront costs and making it easier for smaller groups to co-invest. Its goal is to democratize syndicate formation by cutting the time required from weeks to days and lowering high early-stage legal expenses.
