  • Designs, develops, implements, and manages leadership development programs, solutions, and strategies to help improve leadership skills, build diverse talent pipelines and retain high-potential talent through investments in strategic solutions, including coaching formal/informal education, and individual development plan design
  • Ensures leadership and learning programs are progressive, relevant, and consistently deliver on expectations, identifying and monitoring key metrics to measure effectiveness and impact
  • Designs, develops, deploys, and measures meaningful programs that facilitate professional development and continuous learning of employees
  • Conducts needs analyses and works with leaders to determine emerging business trends, skill needs, and corresponding training and development strategies
  • Creates the vision for delivering innovative, high-quality learning solutions that instill a culture of learning across ModMed
  • Develops and manages intern and rotational development programs
  • Builds strong cross-functional relationships and partners closely with business leaders, People Business Partners, and colleagues to understand and analyze performance gaps, identify development needs and recommend appropriate learning and development solutions to strengthen talent at all levels
  • Oversees budget and vendor management, including but not limited to forecasting and monitoring expenses, developing business cases/ investment requests for future needs, and selection of external partners
  • Works with vendors and in-house team to design and deliver compelling and relevant learning experiences
  • Oversees marketing, change management, and communication plans of programs to ensure organizational awareness, stakeholder buy-in, and high engagement of learning initiatives
  • Ensures learning and development programs, processes, and initiatives embed inclusive practices. Collaborates with employee resource groups to create unified experiences that support the growth and unique needs of all employees
  • Drives a high-touch, proactive, and consultative approach to define organizational needs and designs appropriate strategies and solutions in support of our business strategy
  • Advises colleagues and leaders on innovative OE-related strategies, programs, and trends, and acts as an effective, trusted, and credible advisor on people, culture, engagement, DEIB, org effectiveness, leadership development, and external workforce trends
  • Deliver strategies for optimizing people, processes, systems, and culture to accelerate business performance and support critical evolution that builds and sustains a more diverse and inclusive culture
  • Supports the development of organizational change management skills and practices
  • A minimum of 10+ years in a progressive people organization (or similar) having served at least five years in a Talent Management leadership role or similar function, supporting an organization of comparable size and complexity
  • Extensive hands-on experience with all aspects of talent management, org effectiveness, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion strategies, tools, and practices
  • Proven track record of establishing a vision for a talent development org and building a high-quality portfolio of multiple large-scale training programs
  • Experience with the design, development, and implementation of learning and development strategy and program implementation
  • Extensive, multi-faceted experience in designing and executing people strategies and action plans
  • A background working with fast-paced, high-growth technology companies
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • If remote-based, the ability to travel twice a month into our Boca Raton, FL headquarters
  • Problem-solving skills that enable efficient identification of issues, structuring, and execution of analysis, development, and actionable recommendations
  • Proven presentation and communication skills and the ability to build strategic business cases
  • Demonstrated ability to design, lead and execute complex projects
  • Ability to synthesize information, develop sound recommendations, and present data to aid in effective decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale programs from concept to execution
  • Exceptional people leader, with demonstrated success managing and building high-performing teams
  • Strong ability to inspire, coach, and consult leaders through change and transformation
  • Adept at considering business strategy, developing or evaluating alternative solutions, and outlining potential risks and benefits

Responsibilities
  • Leads the evaluation and management of the performance management process including goal setting, performance coaching, calibration, and reviews
  • Develops and implements talent management practices including talent calibration and assessment tools and succession plans to identify future leaders in the organization and create effective development strategies to support the organization today and in the future
  • Aligns leadership behaviors with culture through the development and implementation of core leadership competencies
