Responsibilities
- Secure premises, personnel, and tenants by patrolling properties.
- Monitor surveillance equipment.
- Inspect and patrol buildings, equipment, and access points, and permit entry.
- Report irregularities to prevent losses and damage.
- Inform violators of policies and procedures and restrain trespassers when necessary.
- Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
- Maintain the organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
