Requirements
  • 10+ years of solution sales experience managing complex sales-cycles
  • Proven track record of consistently building pipeline and landing new logos
  • Ability to align technology solutions to complex, multi-stakeholder business problems
  • Track record of consistent over-achievement of quotas and revenue goals
  • Ability to effectively identify and sell to C-level executives
  • Technologically adept with outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to work individually and within a cross-functional virtual team
  • Willingness to travel when required
Responsibilities
  • Navigate each stage of the end-to-end sales-cycles from qualification to close
  • Develop and nurture a pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quota
  • Qualify new opportunities and evangelize Highspot’s vision and value proposition
  • Work cross functionally with marketing, partner, and customer service teams
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sales
  • Accurately forecast territory performance
  • Represent the voice of the customer to influence internal stakeholders
  • Nurture customers to become evangelists for Highspot
