About the job
- An active New York Registered Nurse license or Licensed Practical Nurse license is required.
- Current Basic Life Support certification is required.
- Ventilator and tracheostomy experience is required.
- At least one year of recent pediatric nursing experience in home care, hospital, or acute care is preferred.
- Authorization to work in the United States is required.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
- A physical examination completed within the last 12 months is required.
- A current PPD or QuantiFERON test within one year, or a chest X-ray within five years when applicable, is required.
- Proof of measles, mumps, and rubella immunity by laboratory report is required.
- Provide individualized skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes in a one-on-one setting.
- Build relationships with patients and their families while working with clinical and administrative support teams.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
