What believers are saying

  • Free language platform: TP Spain offers employees a language-learning program at no charge.
  • Uncapped sales upside: the German GenAI role combines a €30,000 base salary with uncapped performance bonuses.
  • Relocation support: the German Ads posting includes flights and private studio accommodation, subject to availability.

What critics are saying

  • Initial fixed term: the remote trilingual care role starts with a three-month contract before an indefinite arrangement.
  • Quota pressure: GenAI sales executives must exceed revenue and activity targets through inbound and outbound prospecting.
  • Restricted entry: AI sales trainer applicants must already hold a Sales Trainer position.

What makes Teleperformance Spain unique

  • Trilingual delivery: one customer-care program handles voice, email and chat in Spanish, Catalan and English.
  • New AI sales program: the sales trainer posting identifies an August 2026 launch for an AI-platform client.
  • Advertiser onboarding: the German Google Ads program combines new-client acquisition, PPC campaign advice and account growth.
