Requirements

  • Ability to partner with Creative and local teams to identify effective acquisition creative and improve creative effectiveness.
  • Experience building or growing a high-performing acquisition or growth marketing team.
Responsibilities
  • Own the global acquisition strategy and performance to drive sustainable, profitable new-customer growth.
  • Connect brand, media, and creative performance to improve acquisition outcomes.
  • Optimize acquisition investment across direct-to-consumer, Amazon, and retail channels for incremental business impact.
  • Partner with the Marketing Analytics team to apply incrementality, Marketing Mix Modelling, and experimentation insights to channel, tactic, and campaign decisions.
  • Lead and develop the Acquisition Marketing team, building scalable capabilities, systems, and ways of working.
  • Review channel, audience, and campaign performance and reallocate budgets to improve acquisition efficiency and commercial returns.
  • Identify effective creative concepts, formats, and messages and scale winning approaches through structured testing.
  • Connect brand and biddable media performance to assess the downstream acquisition impact of upper-funnel activity.
  • Build and maintain the global acquisition roadmap and align priorities, initiatives, and dependencies across the team and local markets.
  • Improve reporting, systems, and operating rhythms.
  • Coach and develop team members by providing feedback and building channel expertise, commercial judgment, and analytical capability.
  • Evaluate acquisition opportunities across channels, audiences, organic and paid activity, and retention and re-engagement programs.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience across agency and client-side environments, particularly bringing strong media planning or buying capability into an in-house growth team.
