Requirements
  • The candidate must be pursuing or hold a Bac+3 to Bac+5 education in QHSE, HSE, or risk management.
  • The candidate must have good command of office tools, especially Excel for dashboards and indicators.
  • The candidate must demonstrate analytical ability, rigor, and autonomy.
  • The candidate must be comfortable communicating and working in the field.
  • A Category B driving licence is preferred for travel to sites.
Responsibilities
  • Participate in deploying and animating the Quality, Hygiene, Safety, and Environment policy across the FM scope.
  • Support operational teams in applying QHSE procedures and requirements.
  • Update and create QHSE documentation, including procedures, operating instructions, prevention plans, and risk analyses.
  • Create prevention plans and other QHSE documents.
  • Monitor QHSE requirements for national contracts and their application across sites.
  • Participate in preparing QHSE contract reviews and deploying QHSE action plans related to contractual commitments.
  • Respond to clients regarding QHSE matters.
  • Conduct internal QHSE audits at sites and participate in client audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections.
  • Track discrepancies, nonconformities, and corrective and preventive action plans.
  • Verify the regulatory and documentary compliance of sites.
  • Travel regularly to sites to conduct safety visits and audits.
  • Raise awareness among and support operational teams on HSE good practices.
  • Participate in safety briefings and prevention activities.
  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze QHSE indicators.
  • Update HSE dashboards and monthly reports.
  • Participate in analyzing results and defining improvement plans.
  • Track statistics related to accidents, incidents, dangerous situations, and corrective actions.
  • Participate in occupational and environmental risk assessments.
  • Support the monitoring of prevention plans, work permits, and risk analyses.
  • Participate in investigations following accidents, incidents, or near misses.
  • Propose actions to improve safety and environmental performance.
  • Conduct QHSE regulatory monitoring and distribute applicable updates.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certification processes.
  • Contribute to promoting a safety culture among teams.
