Responsibilities
  • Serve as subject matter expert and provide day-to-day compensation support within People + Culture
  • Manage compensation programs, processes, and structures, and ensure compliance as the business scales
  • Use market intelligence and data to ensure the market competitiveness and fairness of our compensation programs
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, People Partners, and Talent Acquisition on pay decisions, compensation process & policies, job evaluations, compliance, and org-wide compensation communications
  • Help develop and track critical compensation reporting metrics, and communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholders to help manage overall compensation strategy
  • Participate in annual and adhoc compensation surveys and compare current practices against market trends
  • Manage Senior Compensation Analyst in a collaborative environment
