Requirements
  • Minimum of 7+ years of strong industry experience supporting C-Level executives, preferably in a creative agency environment.
  • Familiarity with social media
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides), Calendar, and Drive
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to the Presidents of Whalar US, the Chief of Staff, and the President of Measurement.
  • Manage an active calendar of appointments, complete expense reports, compose and prepare correspondence.
  • Manage travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, ensure schedules are followed and respected.
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate various meetings, functions, and events including team-building offsites and functions.
  • Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously, and proactively.
  • Be a culture-contributor and help with culture initiatives, track, highlight, and celebrate important team cultural/career moments.
  • Manage day-to-day office needs.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
