Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, or public administration; Master’s preferred.

  • Oversee all HR divisions: recruitment, benefits, labor relations, training.
  • Manage HR budget and staffing levels.
  • Serve as chief advisor on employment policies to senior leadership.
  • Represent the organization in labor negotiations.
