Requirements
  • Previous automotive or quick-lube experience is required.
  • Ability to learn quickly and develop proficiency as a lube technician.
  • Attention to detail is required.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and listen effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to stand, walk, finger, handle, feel, reach, climb, and stoop or crouch regularly.
  • Ability to frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision, along with the ability to adjust focus, are required.
  • Candidates must pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle record check after accepting a conditional offer.
Responsibilities
  • Perform oil changes efficiently according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
  • Replace vehicle filters.
  • Inspect and top off vital fluids, including coolant and windshield washer fluid.
  • Check and adjust tire pressure as needed.
  • Collaborate with the service crew to keep the shop operating efficiently.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols and reporting hazards.
  • Keep the work area organized and properly dispose of used materials.
