Lindy.ai provides an AI-powered personal assistant that helps business professionals manage scheduling, communications, and administrative tasks. It works by integrating with tools like Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, and various CRMs, so it can schedule meetings, resolve conflicts, take notes during calls, and update CRM records from meeting data. It can also draft email replies in the user’s voice, manage contracts, and provide daily briefings. The service is likely sold on a subscription basis with multiple tiers, allowing organizations to choose features and support that fit their needs. Lindy’s differentiators include deep integration across popular communications and CRM platforms, high levels of personalization, and automation that streamlines scheduling, email, contract work, and meeting notes. The company’s goal is to save users time and increase productivity by handling routine tasks, enabling them to focus on strategic work.
