  • At least 1 year of previous experience in banking, finance, or risk management; retail-sector experience is preferred but not limiting.
  • Basic knowledge of retail banking products and services.
  • Familiarity with risk management principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Oral and written communication skills in Spanish.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate in identifying, assessing, and monitoring operational and credit risks associated with retail products and services.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of risk management policies and procedures.
  • Collect and analyze data to prepare risk reports, identifying trends and anomalies.
  • Participate in assessing the effectiveness of internal controls and propose improvements.
  • Assist with risk management training for frontline staff when needed.
  • Stay current on financial regulations and best practices in retail risk management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive risk management.
