Requirements
  • 2-4 Years’ experience
  • Recognize Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program information.
  • On site representative will be trained and skilled in applications as defined in this SOW.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years related experience. Additional years of experience may be substituted for education.
  • Completion of specialized training in E.O. 13526 requirements, the declassification analysis process, use of classification guides, recognition of NNPP equities, and proper disposition of documents reviewed.
  • Completion of training by Department of Energy and be certified as Historical Records Reviewers for the purpose of identifying Restricted Data and Formerly Restricted Data in documents under review.
  • Must be able to recognize equities from other agencies and make proper referrals of documents to those agencies.
  • All on-site representatives are required to hold current United States of America citizenship. Must be able to maintain a Top Secret and obtain a DOE 'Q' clearance for the position.
  • Experience with EO 13526, FOIA/PA, DOD records management and/or declassification are a plus.

  • Review technical program records in accordance with Executive Order 13526, as amended.
