  • Be able to architect a backend, craft a frontend, and think in terms of product, user value, and workflows.
  • Be comfortable with ambiguity and working on difficult problems in a high-trust domain.
  • Communicate clearly and talk directly with users to gather feedback.

About the company

Neptune helps couples manage the legal and financial aspects of partnership, such as prenups, wills and trusts, guardianship documents, and tax decisions. It uses an expert-trained AI chat to surface important conversations and then connects users with vetted attorneys and tax professionals who complete the required documents and provide advice. The product guides couples through option options with AI before engaging human experts, offering flat-fee prenup packages and bundled services. This approach differentiates Neptune from traditional legal shopping by combining AI-guided alignment with vetted professionals for concrete document work. The goal is to help couples align on options and securely obtain prepared legal and tax documents through a transparent, expert-backed process.
