Experience administering, configuring, or engineering identity solutions, preferably SailPoint Identity Security Cloud or IdentityNow.
Hands-on experience with identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access requests, role-based access control, access certifications, and entitlement governance.
Familiarity with SailPoint integrations, connectors, application programming interfaces, workflows, transforms, and automation.
Experience integrating identity and access management processes with ServiceNow.
Working knowledge of cloud identity, privileged access, service accounts, API credentials, and non-human identity governance.
Strong understanding of identity and access management fundamentals, including least privilege, segregation of duties, joiner-mover-leaver processes, and audit controls.
Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional environment and translate governance requirements into practical technical solutions.
