- At least VII-level education in a technical or other relevant field.
- Experience in project management.
- Active knowledge of English.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with project-planning tools.
- Analytical thinking, systematic work, independence, and results orientation.
- Strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to coordinate different stakeholders.
- Manage projects comprehensively and ensure project activities are completed according to the schedule.
- Prepare and monitor the schedule, cost, and investment plans, and ensure key milestones are achieved.
- Coordinate activities among internal departments, external contractors, and suppliers.
- Participate in planning production spaces, infrastructure, equipment, layouts, and material flows.
- Monitor project activities, deliveries, equipment installation and commissioning, and take timely action when deviations occur.
- Organize project meetings and regularly report on status, costs, timelines, risks, and open activities.
- Knowledge of German.
