What believers are saying

  • ATEC 2025 revenue rose 25% to $764.2 million, funding EOS expansion.
  • U.S. EOSedge installed base grew 39% year over year, driving EOS Insight adoption.
  • ATEC launched 3D pediatric modeling and AutoDensity in 2025, broadening EOS use cases.

What critics are saying

  • Q1 2026 EOS revenue fell to $14 million, missing ATEC’s quarterly goal.
  • EOS relies on ATEC funding; persistent misses threaten sales hiring and product investment.
  • A 2027 $100 million EOS target looks fragile; failure makes EOS a non-core asset.

What makes EOS imaging unique

  • EOSedge captures standing full-body biplanar scans with no stitching or magnification.
  • EOS Insight automates alignment measures and 3D pediatric modeling from one scan.
  • ATEC embeds EOS imaging into spine workflow, linking planning, implants, and intraoperative execution.
