- B.S. or M.S. in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years and a Master's degree
- Experience leading Agile/Scrum software development projects in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to establish a product vision and strategy for your product area, and build alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners, and leadership team
- Ability to drive product features through their entire creative cycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration

- Perform traditional Product Owner responsibilities in a Scrum team, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Dive deep into the data, becoming a subject matter authority in our key performance indicators
- Develop a solid understanding of the team’s existing technical implementations and operational processes, and use that knowledge combined with data-driven insights to create informed requirements for new customer-facing features, product enhancements, and improvements
- Establish strong working relationships with engineering teams, designers, and business partners across the company
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both software developers and non-developers / business partners
- Plan and implement data-gathering activities to ensure the product is meeting customer and business needs
- Investigate, test, and deliver new technical solutions to help power self-solve opportunities for customers seeking resolution to an issue or seeking to learn more about their Apple products
